Fit and Healthy

Hi my name is Julia, and I'm 21 years old. This blog is created for the sole purpose of being my inspiration while I try and lose 18 pounds and get to my goal weight. One thing I have to make clear is that I am not over weight. I don't think I'm fat or ugly, and I don't believe starvation is the key to weight loss. I want to be healthy for my height and age and want to be comfortable in my own skin. This is going to be the place where I get inspired, rant, and diary my progress. Everyone is welcome to ask any questions, and anyone who supports me, I am thankful.

0ne-fifty:

A lot of times on here, I see people suggest eating huge amounts of fruit to lose weight. While fruit is GREAT (especially considering the alternatives of what you could be eating instead), fruit is filled with sugar…. A LOT of sugar. Fructose, to be exact.
