Fit and Healthy

Hi my name is Julia, and I'm 20 years old. This blog is created for the sole purpose of being my inspiration while I try and lose 18 pounds and get to my goal weight. One thing I have to make clear is that I am not over weight. I don't think I'm fat or ugly, and I don't believe starvation is the key to weight loss. I want to be healthy for my height and age and want to be comfortable in my own skin. This is going to be the place where I get inspired, rant, and diary my progress. Everyone is welcome to ask any questions, and anyone who supports me, I am thankful.
