I'm pretty excited :)
So today I was trying to be good and eat right and all that and I’m happy to say I did better than expected. Yay! lol, so here are my stats for the day:
Intake: +1030
Exercise: -841
Net: 189
This means I basically only ate a total of 189 calories today. Awesome! I can live with that; I’m proud of myself. And tomorrow is going to be even better, because I believe it’s easier...

I used to think calorie counting would be such a pain, but now I realize it can be extremely helpful at times and nonstressful if you don't stress over EVERY single thing.. :]
