So I moved out of my parents house yesterday and it was awesome. Anonymous asked: Your blog is so inspiring! Over the past couple of months, I've lost weight and have been eating mostly vegetarian home-cooked meals. I hadn't eaten fast food for two months. Anonymous asked: last week, i decided i wasn't going to eat cookies, ice cream, candy, fast food, or anything like that, and I managed to keep it up for a week, so i was proud of myself, and today, mum asked me if i wanted ice cream, i said yes and had 2 scoops, i just feel like shit, i feel like i ruined my progress, is it normal to act like this? or am i just overreacting:/?

So I’ve had canckles and chubby legs for a long ass time. I’ve alway been really insecure about my legs, more than any other part of my body. And now I’ve got definition in my ankles and im so fucking happy! Even if I gained a little from my birthday, I feel great about what ive accomplished so far because it’s way better than how I was a few months ago. -Julia

Been struggling a lot lately. Since I let myself binge a bit for my birthday, it’s taken longer than I thought to get back to eating healthy and exercising regularly. ijuststartedrunning asked: Actually, you can drink too much water. When you drink 3 or 4 liter of water at once, you'll have a water poisoning. But that's not very likely to happen, since most people have trouble drinking two liter over one day. :)
